Simon Rimmer served up a delicious orange and almond cake on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 large oranges, 250g sugar, 6 eggs, 250g ground almonds, Tsp baking powder, Tsp ground cinnamon and 75g flaked almonds.
Serve with creme fraiche.
