Simon Rimmer served up a tasty garlic onion dip with cheesy biscuits on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 50g butter, 2 onions, thinly sliced, 4 cloves garlic, 100ml white wine, Few sprigs thyme, Juice and zest 1 lemon, 500g creme fraiche and Few snipped chives.
For the biscuits: 150g whole meal flour, 150g flour, 1 Tsp paprika, 225g cubed chilled butter, 75g finely grated aged Parmesan, Splash of water and 1 egg yolk, for egg wash.
