Ian’s curried corn with fried egg on toast recipe on The Great Cookbook Challenge

Ian served up tasty curried corn with fried egg on toast on The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver.

The ingredients are: 200g tin sweetcorn, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 red chilli, 1/2 green chilli, 1/4 red onion, 1-2 tbsp curry powder, 2 slices of bread, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp water, salt and pepper to taste.
