Simon Rimmer served up delicious chocolate fritters on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 450g flour, 100g sugar, zest one orange, 100ml olive oil and 90ml white wine.
For the filling: 100g nutella, 125g finely chopped 70% cocoa solid chocolate, 100g apricot jam, pinch salt and 1 beaten egg.
Serve with runny honey and icing sugar to dust.
