Paul A Young served up maple syrup with sea salt and chilli chocolate truffles for Valentine’s Day on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 100ml maple syrup, 1 red chilli, finely diced, 1 tsp sea salt flakes, 400g dark chocolate, chopped into small chunks, 25g cocoa powder, for rolling and 400g milk chocolate, for coating.
For the decoration: 100g white chocolate, broken into small pieces, 200g caster sugar and edible red shimmer powder.
