James Martin Chicken Kiev with Ratatouille recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Chicken Kiev with Ratatouille on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 French trimmed chicken breasts, cut in half, 100g butter, 1 bulb garlic, Drizzle olive oil, 1 small bunch parsley chopped, Salt and pepper, 2 eggs, beaten, 75g plain flour, seasoned, 100g panko breadcrumbs and Vegetable oil for frying.

For the Ratatouille are: 2 tbs olive oil, 1 red onion, peeled and diced, 1 red pepper, diced, 1/2 garlic clove, sliced, 1 aubergine, cubed 1 cm, 1 courgettes, cubed 1 cm, 3 tomatoes, diced, Salt and pepper.
