James Martin wild boar meatballs with chops and Spanish sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty wild boar meatballs with chops and Spanish sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the meatballs: 500g boar mince, salt and pepper.

For the sauce: 15ml olive oil, 1 tin chopped San Marzano tomatoes, 1 onion, peeled and diced, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, Few sprigs oregano, 50ml white wine, 50ml sherry, 1 star anise, 1 tbs pimento, 1 jar roasted red peppers chopped and 1 small bunch of parsley.

Optional: 4 boar chops placed onto a tray seasoned and grilled for 8 minutes on high.
