Raymond Blanc served up tasty duck breast with orange marmalade sauce and vegetables on Simply Raymond Blanc.

The ingredients are: 2 duck breast, salt and black pepper.

For the vegetables: 1 shallots, 1 garlic clove, 4 carrots, butter, water, salt, black pepper, sweet potato and parsley.

For the orange marmalade sauce: 2 tbsp orange marmalade, dash of red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, water and duck jus.
