Simon Rimmer served up a tasty beef and tofu burger with Gruyere cheese, gherkins and mustard on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 800g minced rump steak, Salt & pepper, 200g chopped smoked tofu, 4 x sliced brioche burger buns – toasted and 8 x slices Gruyere.
For the sauce: 250g mayo, 50g ketchup, 50g yellow burger mustard, 4 chopped gherkins, 20ml white wine vinegar, 1 tsp cayenne, 2 tsp smoked paprika and a pinch of garlic powder.
