Theo Michaels served up tasty lamb kleftiko with tzatziki (Greek slow cook lamb) on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: Olive oil for drizzling, 2 onions, thickly sliced, 1 bulb garlic, broken into cloves, Half dozen sprigs of rosemary, Half dozen sprigs thyme, 2 large ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced, Salt and pepper, to season, 1 tbsp Greek oregano, dried, 2kg lamb shoulder (whole), 6 Cyprus potatoes, cut into quarters lengthways (or new potatoes), 1 lemon, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 100ml white wine and 100ml water.
