Sabrina Ghayour-Lynn served up a tasty Spiced Beef with Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Filo Pie on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 500g minced beef(10% fat), 1 lrge onion, finely chopped, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, salt and pepper, olive oil, 7 sheet pack filo pastry, 100g salted butter, melted, 139g-150g sun blush tomatoes, 2-3 roasted red peppers in brine, 200g feta cheese, 1 tbsp wild oregano and 1/2 tsp nigella seeds.
For the salad: 1 bulb fennel, trimmed, halved and thinly sliced, 100g pomegranate seeds, 1 braeburn apple, quartered, cored and thinly sliced, 1/2 bunch of fresh dill, roughly chopped, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
