Matt Tebbutt served up a tasty Celeriac Kiev with Roasted Green Beans on Go Veggie and Vegan.
The ingredients are: Hazelnut + Sage Crust, 100g Stale Bread and 100g Hazelnuts.
For the Parsley + Garlic Butter: 2 Leaves Fresh Sage, Handful Fresh Parsley, Garlic, 150g Softened Butter, Salt and Pepper.
For the Celeriac: 1 Celeriac, 100g Flour and Milk.
For the Roasted Green Beans: 500g Trimmed Green Beans, Rapeseed Oil, Sea Salt, 2 Cloves Garlic, 2tbsp Soy Sauce and 1tbsp honey.
To Garnish: Lemon juice.
