Andres Alemany tomato bread and Gypsy potatoes recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

Andres Alemany served up tasty tomato bread and Gypsy potatoes on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the tomato bread are: 1 loaf of the best quality bread (we use a 750g sourdough), 10 of the juiciest ripe tomatoes, Maldon sea salt, 200ml Extra virgin olive oil and 2 cloves of Spanish garlic.

For the Gypsy potatoes: 600g Mayan gold potatoes, 150g wild mushrooms (we’re using ceps at the moment), 2 eggs, 250ml extra virgin olive oil, 8 cloves garlic, Sea salt, Cep powder and A sprig of thyme.
