Tom Kerridge serves up a simple ham, egg and chip with asparagus dish for actress Patsy Palmer on today’s Spring Kitchen with Tom Kerridge.

Tom says: “Asparagus are bang in season and British asparagus are the best.”

Tom makes his dish with Wiltshire cured ham which is one of the more traditional old school hams made in brine and gentle poached until cooked.
