James Martin Christmas cupcakes with fruit and condensed milk recipe on This Morning

James Martin served up delicious Christmas cupcakes with fruit, butter cream and condensed milk on This Morning.

The ingredients for the sponge are: 250g butter, 250g caster sugar, 250g self raising flour and 5 eggs.

For the buttercream: 4 tbsp icing sugar, sifted, 1 x 397g can condensed milk, 400g softened butter and 50ml fresh fruit puree.

To serve: Christmas decorations such as candy canes, Christmas glitter and sprinkles.
