Gino chicken pollo alla cacciatore with chapped tomatoes and olives recipe on This Morning

Gino D’acampo makes chicken pollo alla cacciatore an Italian chicken dish in the This Morning Kitchen.

Gino says: “use tin chapped tomatoes and black olives that are naturally dark and not died black for the best flavours in this dish.”

The ingredients for the dish are: 1 whole chicken, cut into 12 pieces, 100g plain white flour, Olive oil, 3 carrots, 3 celery sticks, 1 large red onion, 2 tablespoons rosemary leaves, 100ml white wine, 2 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 150g pitted Taggiasca black olives, drained and cut in half, 5 tablespoons chopped flat leaves parsley, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
