Simon Rimmer served up tasty buffalo sprouts with blue cheese and bacon for the festive season on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
450g cooked sprouts, halved(not too soft), 175ml buttermilk, 150g flour, 20g garlic powder, 20g chilli powder, 20g turmeric, 20g smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt and oil to deep fry.
For the sauce: 125g smoked bacon lardons, 125g sour cream, 125g mayo, 50g salad cream, 150g blue cheese and 2 cloves garlic.
