John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious hazelnut brownie with chocolate sauce and toffee popcorn on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 4 medium eggs, 500g caster sugar, 325g unsalted butter, 125g cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 150g roasted hazelnuts and 250g plain flour, sifted.
For the chocolate sauce : 150g 70% chocolate , 90ml honey , 75g butter , 250ml double cream , 5g salt , 15g cocoa powder and A splash of rum (optional).
To serve: Toffee popcorn (or any flavour you prefer) and Vanilla ice cream.
