Ainsley Harriott three bean and pepper chilli pot recipe on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food

Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty three bean and pepper chilli pot on Ainsley’s Good Mood.

The ingredients are: 2 tsp coconut or olive oil, 1 large red onion, 2 peppers(red and yellow), 1 celery stick, 4 garlic cloves, 1 red chilli, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp hot chilli powder, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 1/2 ground allspice, handful coriander stalks and leaves, 1 tsp dried oregano, 450-500ml vegetable stock, 400g chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 3x400g tins of beans(kidney, pinto and cannellini), 1 small cinnamon stick, 1 lime, 25g dark chocolate, sea salt, chopped avocado, sour cream and tortilla chips.
