Clodagh McKenna (Professor plum) served up a delicious plum tart/pudding with Irish butter, thyme and caramel sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 165g caster sugar, 100ml water , 65g unsalted butter , 1 dessertspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped, 9-10 ripe plums, halved & de-stoned and 3 x 320g sheets ready rolled puff pastry.
