Simon Rimmer served up tasty deep fried chicken puffs with raita on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 150g chopped chicken breast, 150g diced potato, Half diced onion, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 2 tbs curry powder, 12 curry leaves, 1 Tsp sugar and 100ml water.
For the pastry: 320g flour, 25g rice flour, 1 Tsp cornflour, 3/4tsp baking powder, 20g sugar, 1 Tsp salt, 1 yolk, 115ml water, 125g butter and 20g lard.
