Simon Rimmer served up a tasty pork pie with pickles on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the pastry are: 450g plain flour, Salt & pepper, 50ml milk, 50ml warm water, 150g chopped lard and 1 yolk, beaten.
For the filling: 650g pork sausage meat, 225g pancetta lardons, fried, 125g sliced black pudding (fried), 1 tsp ground nutmeg, Plenty of salt and ground white pepper, 3g ground allspice, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary and 50ml Worcestershire sauce.
