Nancy Birtwhistle steamed orange pudding recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Nancy Birtwhistle served up a delicious steamed orange pudding on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 125g Room temperature butter or soft margarine, 125g Caster Sugar, 2 eggs, 125g Self Raising Flour, 1 tsp ground ginger, ½ tsp baking powder and 4-5 small firm clementine oranges.
