James Tanner crispy chicken with salad and ranch dressing recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Tanner served up tasty crispy chicken with salad, ranch dressing, Parmesan, dill, radish and mint on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x skinless Chicken breasts, 1 large egg, 60g Plain flour, 150g Panko Breadcrumbs, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 large baby gem lettuce, 1 head red chicory and 1 small ripe Hass Avocado.

To garnish: Parmesan, 8 mint leaves, 2 Sprig dill and 3 breakfast radishes sliced.

For the ranch dressing: 200g mayonnaise, 100g buttermilk, 1 tsp chopped chives, parsley, dill, 1/4 tsp Garlic powder, 1/2 shallot roughly chopped, Twist black pepper, Pinch cayenne pepper and 2 tsp lemon juice.
