James Martin flatbread with Greek yoghurt, candied walnuts, figs and cheese recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty flatbread with Greek yoghurt, candied walnuts, figs, ricotta, pecorino and blue and cheese on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the flatbread are: 300g self raising flour, 100g thick Greek yoghurt, inch of salt and water to bring together.

For the toppings: 4 figs, quartered, 8 slices parma ham, 200g ricotta, 200g blue cheese, 200g soft pecorino and a few sprigs of rosemary.

For the walnuts: 200g walnut halves, 100g caster sugar and 150ml water.

To serve: 50g rocket and 50g honey.
