Simon Rimmer black cocoa cake recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious black cocoa cake with berries and cream on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 225g butter, 400g of sugar, 2tsp of vanilla paste, 1 tsp of salt, 4 eggs, 325g of flour, 90g black cocoa powder, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda and 350g of buttermilk.

For the buttercream : 325g butter, 2 tsp of vanilla, 90g of black cocoa powder and 450g of icing sugar.
