James Martin Korean Lamb Chops with BBQ Courgettes recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Korean Lamb Chops with BBQ Courgettes on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 8 lamb chops, 25ml olive oil, Salt and pepper, 2 tbsp gochujang chilli paste, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, 6 tbsp soft brown sugar, 5 cm piece ginger, grated, 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped, 4 spring onions sliced and 1 lime juice and zest.

To serve: 4 courgettes cut in ½ lengthways, 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped, 1 tbsp coriander, chopped and Sesame seeds.
