Ainsley Harriott Crab and Lemon Linguine with Pangrattato recipe on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food

Ainsley Harriott served up tasty Crab and Lemon Linguine with Pangrattato on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food.

The ingredients are: 200g dried linguine pasta, 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 medium-hot red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped, 30ml dry white wine (optional), zest and juice of 1 lemon, 150g cooked white crabmeat, 1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the breadcrumb topping: 1 thick slice of day-old bread, zest of ½ lemon, 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley.
