The ingredients are: 250g macaroni, 50g unsalted butter, 50g plain flour, 600ml full-fat milk, 50g mature cheddar, plus 30g for the top, grated, 50g Parmesan, plus 30g for the top, grated, 50g Red Leicester, plus 30g for the top, grated, 100g mozzarella, torn, 100g cheesy corn puffs, crushed and salt.
