Matt Tebbutt served up tasty grilled monkfish tail marinated with aromatic spices, garlic and mango chutney on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp minced ginger, 3 garlic cloves, minced, 2 green chillies, chopped, 2 tbsp mango chutney, 1 small-medium monkfish tail, on the bone, cut in half lengthways and 4 ripe plum tomatoes, sliced thinly.
For the sauce: 2 tbsp crème fraîche, 1 tbsp mint, chopped, 1 garlic clove, minced and 1 tbsp olive oil.
