Amanda Owen (The Yorkshire Shepherdess), served up a delicious rhubarb bread and butter pudding on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 75g golden caster sugar, 400g rhubarb, cut into 2cm pieces, 8 thick slices of bread, 50g butter, softened, plus extra for greasing, Crème anglaise, 250ml whole milk, 300ml double cream, 4 large eggs, 1 vanilla pod, cut in half lengthways, 4 tbsp caster sugar and 1 small orange, zest.
To serve: 200g clotted cream and 1 tbsp icing sugar.
