Gok Wan paneer bhuna curry with chickpeas, spinach and cherry tomatoes recipe on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian

Gok Wan served up a tasty paneer bhuna curry with onion puree, pasatta, chickpeas, spinach and cherry tomatoes on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.

The ingredients include: 2tsp mustard seeds, 4 black cardamom , garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric, tbsp curry paste, garlic, fresh ginger, chopped onion, curry leaves, green chillies, chickpeas, spinach, cherry tomatoes, coriander and paneer cheese.

For the onion puree: onion, salt, cup of water and 2 bay leaves.

For the pasatta: 1 vegetable stock cube, tomato puree and 1/2 pt hot water.
