Gok Wan served up a tasty gado gado vegetarian salad with eggs, green beans, broccoli and a Asian sauce on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
The ingredients include: eggs, green beans and broccoli.
For the dipping sauce: 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp tamarind paste, 1 sambal oelek paste, 2tbsp kecap manis(or use light soy, dark soy and honey) and coconut milk.
To serve: Chinese cabbage, picked daikon or pink radish, fried tofu, cucumbers, red onion, lime, fresh chilli and cherry tomatoes.
