Vicky Pattison sticky chicken and chorizo skewers recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Vicky Pattison served up tasty BBQ sticky chicken and chorizo skewers on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 125ml olive oil, 100ml sherry vinegar, 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 4 garlic cloves, crushed, ½ bunch thyme, leaves picked, 4 tbsp honey, Black pepper, 4-5 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks, 225g chorizo ring, sliced into thick coins, 16 Padron peppers, 1 red onion, cut into wedges, then petals and Pinch of Salt.

To serve: Flatbreads, Charred lemon wedges, Tzatziki and Houmous.
