James Martin Pork Chops with Orange Chimichurri Sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty pork chops with orange chimichurri sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 large pork chops, 1 tsp seasalt and 200g Broccolini.

For the sauce: 1 orange zest only, ½ shallot peeled and diced, 1 lime zest only, 1 chilli chopped, 1 clove garlic, 25ml red wine vinegar, 50ml olive oil, 1 small bunch parsley and mint leaves only, 100g butter, Salt and pepper, 1 tbs miso and Few sprigs chervil.
