Gok Wan served up delicious banana and caramel spring rolls with white chocolate and cardamom sauce on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
The ingredients for the sauce are: 600ml double cream, 10 cardamom seeds and 200g white chocolate.
For the spring rolls: 4 bananas, a tin of shop bought caramel sauce, pinch of five spice, 4 sheets of shop bought filo pastry and vegetable oil for frying.
To serve: pink peppercorns.
