James Martin Gin Panna Cotta with Strawberries and praline recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up delicious gin buttermilk panna cotta with strawberry sorbet, fresh strawberries and praline on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 300ml double cream, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 400ml buttermilk, 50ml gin and 5 gelatine leaves, soaked in cold water for 5 mins.

For the sauce: 300g strawberries hulled and blitzed with 1 tsp xanthum gum.

For the nuts: 50g pistachios chopped, 50g hazelnuts chopped and 100g caster sugar.

To serve: Strawberries, Strawberry sorbet and Mint or lemon verbena sprigs.
