James Martin served up a tasty BBQ beef fillet/steak with mozzarella, and a green tomato salsa on James martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2x200g Centre Cut of beef fillet, 15ml olive oil, Salt and pepper, Few sprigs of thyme, 3 green tomatoes sliced and 2 balls mozzarella.
For the Salsa Verde: 1 Bunch Parsley, 2 Cloves Garlic, peeled, 50g Capers, 1 green tomato chopped, 1 Tbsp Gentlemans Relish Paste, 1 Bunch Basil, 50g green olives stoned, 250ml Olive Oil, ½ lemon juice only, Pepper and Sea Salt.
