John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious peaches and cream pies on John and Lisa Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 block of puff pastry, 1 tin of peaches, drained and syrup reserved, 60g cream cheese, 30g of icing sugar, plus extra for dusting and 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste, or extract.
