Phil Vickery served up a delicious showstopping blueberry tart with lemon curd and single cream on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 300ml single cream, 350g frozen blueberries, defrosted, 75g castor sugar, 1 x 312g jar lemon curd, 4 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, ½ tsp cornflour, One 24cm x 4cm deep sweet pastry flan baked blind and egged to seal, Juice and finely grated zest 1 large lemon and 250g fresh blueberries.
