James Martin served up a tasty oriental salad dressing with soy sauce, brown sugar and chilli on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 15ml soy sauce, 15ml rice wine vinegar, 1 lime juiced, Pinch sugar, 2 tbs chopped coriander and ½ a chilli diced.
To serve: 100g mushrooms sliced and a few salad leaves and a few blanched asparagus and green beans.
