Lisa Faulkner bread and butter pudding with pain au chocolat recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a delicious bread and butter pudding with pain au chocolat on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: butter, for greasing, 5-6 pain au chocolat, sliced into thirds, 4 egg yolks, 3 tbsp caster sugar, plus a extra for sprinkling, 300ml milk, 300ml double cream and 1-2 tsp vanilla extract.
