James Martin BBQ Monkfish with Brown Butter Sauce and Wild Garlic recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty BBQ monkfish with brown butter sauce and wild garlic on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 monkfish tail bone removed cut into darnes, 25 ml olive oil, 1 tsp wild garlic powder, Salt and pepper.

For the sauce: 150g butter, 2 tbs small capers, 1 lemon juiced and 1 bunch wild garlic.

To garnish: Wild garlic flowers, Hawthorns, Apple blossom, Garlic powder, Wild garlic oil and Gorse flowers.
