Ainsley Harriott sesame and ginger sea bass with Asian noodles salad recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Ainsley Harriott served up sesame and ginger sea bass with an Asian noodles salad on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tsp sea salt, 1 x 15kg sea bass, scaled, gutted, 1-2 tbsp light olive oil,m 4 cm piece of fresh root ginger, shredded, 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped, 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp white vinegar/rice vinegar, 2 tsp sesame oil, 4 spring onions, finely sliced, handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped, lime wedges, seal salt and freshly ground black pepper.
