James Martin served up steamed lemon sole (En papillote) with re-fried black beans and tenderstem broccoli on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the sauce are: 1 tbs vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic peeled and grated, 2 tbs ginger, peeled and grated, 2 spring onions, sliced, 100g fermented beans, rinsed and crushed, 2 tbs shoaxing wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbs coriander and 200g tenderstem broccoli.
For the fish 4 x lemon sole fillets or brill.
To serve: 2 spring onions, sliced.
