Simon Rimmer Chilli Prawns With Mango Raita recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty chilli prawns With mango raita on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 12 raw peeled and de-veined king prawns, tail left on, 2tsp turmeric, 4tsp hot chilli powder, juice of half a lemon, 25mm match sticked piece of ginger, 6 curry leaves, 2 sliced red chillies, 4 spring onions, chopped and 50g coconut flakes.

For the raita: 200g yoghurt, 75ml mango puree, 1tbs honey and about 20 mint leaves, finely chopped.
