Simon Rimmer served up tasty Deep Fried Meatballs With Cheese Sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 eggs and 125ml milk, add 450g minced beef, 200g breadcrumbs, 100g grated parmesan and 1 clove crushed garlic, 100g flour, 3 beaten egg and 200g brioche bread crumbs.
For the sauce: 225g grated extra mature cheddar, 1 tbsp cornflour, 300ml tin evaporated milk and 50ml hot sauce.
