Lisa Faulkner served up tasty new potatoes, chorizo and halloumi hand pies recipe for the perfect picnic on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 banana shallot, finely chopped, Olive oil, 50g cooking chorizo, chopped, 100g (approx. 3) small new potatoes, cooked and chopped into 1 cm cubes, 50g halloumi, chopped, A few sprigs thyme, chopped (optional), Salt and pepper, 1 pack of ready rolled puff pastry, 320g and 1 egg, beaten.
