Joseph Denison-Carey serve up a tasty slow-cooked beef brisket sandwich with coleslow for Easter on this Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 lemons , 1 tin of anchovy , 4 garlic cloves, 1 large sprig rosemary, 2 tbsp olive oil, Pinch salt, Pinch black pepper and 1.5kg beef brisket.
For the coleslaw: Half a red cabbage, finely shredded, Half a white cabbage, finely shredded, 2 carrots, grated, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To serve: hot sauce and a selection of pickles such as gherkins and chillies.
