Ruby Bhogal Easter chocolate monkey bread recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Ruby Bhogal served up a delicious chocolate monkey bread for Easter on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 200ml Oat Milk (you can use regular)⁣⁣, 85g Unsalted Butter, melted⁣⁣, 2 Medium Eggs⁣⁣, 550g Strong Bread Flour⁣⁣, 10g Dried Fast Acting Yeast⁣⁣, 10g Salt⁣⁣, 50g Golden Caster Sugar⁣⁣, 1tbsp Cinnamon Powder⁣⁣, 100g Milk Chocolate, chunks⁣⁣, 50g Pecans, chopped and 1tbsp Maple Syrup.

To Assemble⁣⁣: 125g Unsalted Butter, melted⁣⁣, 220g Light Brown Sugar⁣⁣, 2tbsp Cocoa Powder⁣⁣, 1tbsp Cinnamon Powder⁣⁣ and 75g Milk Chocolate, chunks⁣⁣.
⁣⁣
For the glaze⁣⁣: 30g Unsalted Butter (melted)⁣⁣, ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste/Extract⁣⁣, 2tbsp Oat Milk⁣⁣, Pinch of Cinnamon Powder⁣⁣, 25g Milk Chocolate and 90g Icing Sugar⁣⁣.
